Hope you enjoy these photographs from my workshops at the Doha Museum of Islamic Art! In October, I delivered a week long set of Islamic manuscript illumination workshops where I taught adults and children, and provided training to museum staff in teaching Islamic art to the public. I also gave a demonstration to visitors in the beautiful museum atrium. The workshops and demo were a great success, and the MIA published a nice little write up on the museum blog (see image below):
